The Philadelphia Flyers announced they have re-signed RFA Bobby Brink to a two-year contract with an AAV of $1.5 million.
Brink played a career-high 57 games at the NHL level this season. He scored 11 goals and 12 assists. In a short 13-game span with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Brink had 13 points (7 goals, 6 assists).
Brink has shown some offensive potential since joining the NHL club. He is a skillful winger rounding out the rest of his game under head coach John Tortorella.
The 22-year-old is expected to take a step forward in his development next season and should secure a full-time spot in the NHL.
