Team USA v. Canada 4 Nations Game Will Not Broadcast On ABC In SF Bay Area
THN has confirmed through a trusted source that Saturday's 4 Nations Face-Off game between Team USA and Canada, a nationally televised matchup, will not air on ABC in the San Francisco Bay Area TV market.

Saturday's marquee matchup is set to take place at the Bell Centre in Montreal at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
ABC will broadcast the 2025 San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade starting at 6 p.m. PT instead of the hockey game.
ABC World News Tonight with David Muir will air at 5 p.m., and a Lunar New Year Special of Localish Bay Area will air at 5:30 in the lead-up to the parade.
Hockey fans must use ESPN+ to watch the Saturday night matchup. Although it is unclear if an ESPN+ membership is required, viewers might only need to sign into their TV provider to access the stream, but that isn't confirmed.
ESPN and TNT will share broadcast rights for the 4 Nations Face-Off tournament. TNT will air the first two games on Wednesday and Thursday.
It is not guaranteed that the U.S. and Canada will play more than once during this short-form tourney, but if they do, Bay Area residents won't be able to watch the first powerhouse hockey matchup on Saturday easily.
