Golden Knights have lost five straight at home, look to end dubious streak against Detroit Red Wings.

The Vegas Golden Knights take the ice against the Detroit Red Wings 7 p.m. tonight at T-Mobile Arena with the intent of ending a four-game losing streak.

The Golden Knights have lost five straight at home, and sit in the second wild card spot - six points clear of the next team.

"We're in a tough patch right now, but when we get out of it, we believe in this group," forward Nicolas Roy said.

It hasn't been good either. The Golden Knights have allowed a goal in 13 of the last 15 periods.

The team looks to get back on track against a Red Wings team, looking to boost their own playoff chances. They, like the Golden Knights, have lost four in a row and sit tied with Tampa Bay with 72 points. They have the first wild card spot as of today, due to points percentage.

Dylan Larkin and Alex DeBrincat lead the team with 54 points. Larkin, who leads the team in goals with 26, is currently out of the line up with a lower-body injury.
