Tomas Hertl picked up his first point as a Vegas Golden Knight with an assist on Noah Hanifin's power play goal.

With the score tied at two and the Golden Knights heading to their third power play, Hertl put himself on the board. Hertl won the draw back to Jack Eichel who slid a pass to Hanifin. He walked in and rifled the puck from the point to give the Golden Knights a 3-2 lead over the Vancouver Canucks.

Eichel scored the first two goals of the game and picked up his third point of the night on Hanifin's goal.

Hertl has been winning faceoffs at 56.3% this season, another trait Hertl quietly possesses. HC Bruce Cassidy is already showing trust in him as he's been taking all the draws on the power play.
