Brayden Yager and Scott Ratzlaff are the only two WHLers who played on Team Canada's 2024 World Juniors Team.

Team Canada has announced their roster for the upcoming World Junior Summer Showcase, which features plenty of WHL talent. Among the 42 players selected, 16 come from the WHL, including Brayden Yager and Scott Ratzlaff, who were part of Team Canada's 2024 World Junior team. The event, which is held in Plymouth, Michigan, from July 28 to August 3, is an opportunity for Team Canada to evaluate players while also getting a first-hand look at Team U.S.A., Sweden and Finland ahead of the 2025 World Juniors.
