

Tombias Tomik is headed to the 2026 WHL Prospects Game. The 18-year-old will be replacing Vancouver Giants teammate Mathis Preston, who is currently out of the lineup with a lower-body injury. The 2026 WHL Prospects Game is scheduled for February 18 and will be held at the Langley Events Center.
The 2025-26 season is Tomik's first in the WHL. The forward from Slovakia has played 46 games this year and recorded 22 points. Tomik is in his first year of draft eligibility and is ranked 154th by NHL Central Scouting for North American skaters.
Tomik also represented his country at the 2026 World Juniors. In five games, he scored a goal while adding an assist. Tomik has represented Slovakia at both the U18 and U20 levels.
