Brad Marchand is continuing to build on his marvelous career.
Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand has finally broken his scoring drought and has hit a new milestone because of it.
After 10 games of being stuck at 399 career goals, Marchand finally scored his 400th on Wednesday night against the Carolina Hurricanes. No. 63 received an excellent feed from Morgan Geekie and used his speed to break away from the Hurricanes' defense. From there, the veteran winger beat Hurricanes goalie Frederik Andersen with a beautiful backhander.
Marchand, 35, reached this outstanding milestone in the 1,024th game of his remarkable NHL career, and he did so through a combination of skill and determination.

This goal is only the latest major milestone that Marchand has hit in his career. He will go down as one of the greatest Bruins of all time, which is not too bad for a player they picked in the third round.
