The Boston Bruins are gearing up for another first-round series against the Toronto Maple Leafs. It is the fourth time since 2013 that these two Original Six rivals will face off in the first round, and the Bruins will be looking to repeat history with another series win.

The Bruins had practice on Thursday to prepare for Saturday's Game 1 matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs. However, before team practice began, an injured Bruin was spotted.

Bruins rookie Justin Brazeau was seen skating and shooting before the club's practice, as reported by The Athletic's Fluto Shinzawa.

Brazeau, 26, missed each of the Bruins' last six games of the season due to an upper-body injury he suffered on April 2 against the Nashville Predators. Head coach Jim Montgomery told reporters that Brazeau is still week-to-week but could be an option for the club later in their series against the Leafs.

It would be massive if the Bruins got Brazeau back against Toronto. Due to his grit and skill, he emerged as a key part of their bottom six this season. In 19 games, Brazeau had five goals, seven points, 43 hits, and a plus-4 rating.
