The Sabres have sent one of their forwards to the AHL.

The Buffalo Sabres' 2023-24 season came to an end on Monday (April 15). The Sabres secured an impressive 4-2 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning, but it still does not come anywhere close to taking away the sting of another underwhelming season.
With the Sabres' season now over, the Atlantic Division club loaned Lukas Rousek to the Rochester Americans.
With the Amerks securing a playoff spot, it is understandable that Rousek has been sent back to the AHL. He will give their forward group a nice boost as they try to make a run.

Rousek, 24, appeared in 15 games this season with the Sabres, where he had two assists. In 48 games with the Amerks, he has 10 goals and 38 points.
