OTP - Is There A Jeff Skinner Decision Looming?

Buffalo Sabres prospect Jiri Kulich had a great season in the AHL with the Rochester Americans. In 57 games, he had a team-leading 27 goals to go along with 45 points and a plus-2 rating. Because of his marvelous campaign, the 2022 first-round pick has earned a big honor.

Kulich has been named to the AHL's All-Prospect team, voted on by the league's hockey operations department and general managers. This is the second year in a row that Kulich has achieved this feat.

Given how well Kulich played this season in the AHL, it is entirely understandable that he has made the All-Prospect team again. He was one of the Amerks' most important offensive contributors, and he took a big step in the right direction with his development.

After another year of being named to the AHL's All-Prospect team, there is clear reason to believe that he will compete for a spot on their NHL roster next season. The Sabres will have several spots open up in their lineup, as Zemgus Girgensons, Tyson Jost, Eric Robinson, and Victor Olofsson all have expired deals.

It is hard not to feel excited about Kulich. It is apparent that he has an incredibly bright future, and it will be intriguing to see what he does for an encore next season from here.
