Edmonton Oilers own Bob Stauffer hinted at a few call ups that the team could make before the end of the season.
EDMONTON -- Last night featured a commanding performance from the Edmonton Oilers.

They beat the Los Angeles Kings at their own game - finding ways to work around the 1-3-1 formation that the Kings use to frustrate their opponents. It didn't work on the Oilers.
With 11 games left of the regular season, Kris Knoblauch and the coaching staff continue to look for different combinations that have good chemistry together. Two of the newest line formations had good games.
The Evander Kane, Ryan McLeod and Corey Perry line played very well - the physical play of Kane and Perry rubbing off on McLeod (which is good to see). Leon Draisaitl anchoring Adam Henrique and Warren Foegele also resulted in good chemistry, with Draisaitl setting up Henrique's game winning tally.
Lost in the shuffle was Bob Stauffer hinting at a few call ups that the Oilers might make before the end of the regular season. Raphael Lavoie, Dylan Holloway and Philip Broberg could get called up to the Oilers before the end of the season.
Lavoie has 43 points in 56 AHL games this year - 26 of those being goals. The 6-foot-4 215 lb winger hasn't been afraid to shoot the puck either, firing 175 shots toward the net (3.12 shots on goal per game).
Broberg has been developing his two-way game for the Bakersfield Condors, notching 24 points in 41 games and playing big minutes in all situations. Holloway has 10 points in 13 games, playing a dominant game and always driving to the net.
All eyes will be on these players to see what they are capable of, if given the opportunity.
