Saturday's busy slate includes waiver wire targets such as the Panthers' Evan Rodrigues and the Penguins' Rickard Rakell.
Evan Rodrigues, C/LW/RW, FLA vs. MTL (41% rostered)
Rodrigues fell out of favor over the past few weeks for lack of production, but the streaky and versatile scorer is back at it again. He's scored a point in consecutive games for the first time since Nov. 30-Dec. 8, including a season-high six shots on goal against the Rangers on Friday. Having triple-position eligibility will help managers fit Rodrigues on any roster.
Alexis LafrenièreAlexis Lafrenière, LW/RW, NYR at TB (29% rostered)
Lafrenière's offensive production has spiked recently with four points in five games, and a point against the Lightning would extend his points streak to three games. He's putting shots on goal with regularity, which will provide fantasy managers with something even if he doesn't score. Note, however, that Tampa's defense has gotten worse over the past few seasons, allowing more goals per game than ever in a decade.
Rickard Rakell, RW, PIT vs. STL (27% rostered)
Seriously, grab Rakell quickly before everyone else finds out about him. After a really tough start to the season, Rakell has scored four points in three games and shares the ice with Sidney Crosby at both even strength and special teams. Rakell was snakebit early in the season, and now he's scoring in bunches to make up for lost time.
Ryan Hartman, C/RW, MIN at WPG (17% rostered)
Scoring on the Jets won't be easy, but Hartman's also red-hot with a three-game goal streak. His minutes are a tad low — roughly 13-14 minutes per game in December — but at least he's still playing top-six minutes while Mats Zuccarello is injured.
