    Tyler Ennis only played one season with the Wild following a trade.

    October 10th marks the first game of the season for the Minnesota Wild which also is the home opener. Just 63 days away from Wild hockey.

    Tyler Ennis, Charlie Coyle, Kurtis Gabriel, and Mitchell Chaffee are the only four players to ever wear number 63 for the Wild. 

    Ennis, 34, played one season with the Wild in 2017-2018 after he was traded alongside Marcus Foligno in exchange for Jason Pominville and Marco Scandella to the Buffalo Sabres. 

    In his one season in Minnesota, Ennis recorded eight goals, 14 assists, and 22 points in 73 games. He signed a one-year contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs after the year. 

    The 5-foot-9 forward recored 144 goals, 202 assists, and 346 points in 700 career NHL games across 13 seasons in the league with five different teams. Ennis spent the first eight years of his career in Buffalo before the Wild traded for him. 

    After playing overseas to start the 2023-24 season, Ennis announced retirement in the middle of January.
