The Dallas Stars beat the San Jose Sharks 6-3 behind two goals from Wyatt Johnston.

Johnston has five goals in the last two games he's played in San Jose. Dallas also got goals from Jason Robertson (2), Jamie Benn, and Mason Marchment. Scott Wedgewood made 19 saves.

William Eklund scored a goal and assisted on another for the Sharks. Alexander Barabanov and Klim Kostin also scored for San Jose. Mackenzie Blackwood stopped 35 shots, and Mikael Granlund finished with two assists.

"I mean, the whole first period, I don't think we were good enough," Granlund said. "We got a little bit better as the game went on, but just couldn't do it today."

Barabanov left the game in the second period and did not return.

The Sharks adjusted their lines early in the game. They swapped Eklund and Filip Zadina. Justin Bailey and Thomas Bordeleau saw extra ice time after Barabanov's injury.

"I liked his game. I thought he continued on the trajectory he was going over the last three or four games," Sharks head coach David Quinn said. "I thought he deserved that opportunity to move forward here and play with a Barbie and Kunin."

"Really good, ever since he came up here," Eklund said about Bordeleau. "Like I've seen this [from him]. I know how great of a player he is. Great guy [too], so it's just good to see him play as good as he has."

Wyatt Johnston continues to torment the Sharks in San Jose. He scored a shorthanded goal to make it 1-0, his 27th of the season.

Mason Marchment walks around the defense to score his 20th goal of the season.

Jason Robertson scores his 25th goal of the season with a shot that beat Blackwood five-hole.

Alexander Barabanov scored his 4th goal of the season. William Eklund got an assist on the play, bringing his home point streak to seven.

Thomas Bordeleau finds Eklund on the powerplay for his 12th goal of the season.

Jamie Benn smacks the puck out of mid-air for his 17th goal of the season.

Klim Kostin scores his 6th goal of the season after he fired a terrific toe-drag release shot.

Wyatt Johnston gets behind the defense again for his second goal of the game and 28th of the season.

Robertson scores his second of the game and 26th of the season on the powerplay.
