The Canucks defeated the Golden Knights 3-1 the last time these two teams met in Vegas.

For the third time this season, the Vancouver Canucks (46-20-8) face off against their divisional rivals, the Vegas Golden Knights (41-25-8). Each team has won on the road once this season, with their last game being a 3-1 victory by the Canucks at T-Mobile Arena. With a victory, Vancouver would record their 22nd road win of the season, which would tie the 2003-04 team for the sixth most in franchise history.

Tuesday's game presents a fantastic opportunity for the Canucks. Not only can they prevent Vegas from collecting value points, but they can test themselves in a playoff-type atmosphere against a potential postseason opponent. If Vancouver wants to win, they will need to full 60-minute effort from the entire while ensuring their special teams have a similar success rate as they did Sunday against the Anaheim Ducks.

Players to Watch

Elias Pettersson

With the Canucks preparing for the playoffs, it's time for Elias Pettersson to show off his game-breaking ability. While he has been good defensively, Pettersson has struggled to produce, with only two points in his last five games. With 16 points in 14 games against the Golden Knights, odds are he will be able to find the scoresheet and break out of this mini-slump.

Ivan Barbashev

Ivan Barbashev has been heating up over the past few weeks. The Golden Knights winger has four goals in his last five games and continues to be a physical presence in Vegas' top six. Regardless of whether he ends up on the scoresheet or not, Barbashev will have an impact on this game.
