A look at four Canucks prospects that have impressed recently.

The Vancouver Canucks are starting to build up an impression prospect pool. From strong play in junior to success at the pro level, Canuck prospects are making an impact all over the world. Here is an update on four prospects that have impressed over the past few weeks.
Danila Klimovich
After a frustrating start to the season, Danila Klimovich is starting to find his scoring touch in the AHL. He scored in back-to-back games this week against the San Diego Gulls while also recording four shots each night. Now fully healthy, he should be able to produce at a more consistent rate as he looks to move up the lineup as the Abbotsford Canucks fight for a playoff spot.
Elias Pettersson
Since returning from the World Juniors, Elias Pettersson has been impressive in the HockeyAllsvenskan. In four games with Västerås IK, he is averaging over 19 minutes a game and scored his second goal of the season on Jan 19. He is a player Canucks management has raved about all season and is projected to make his debut in Abbotsford once his season in Sweden is over.
Ty Young
Ty Young has had a solid start to the calendar year. He has allowed three or fewer goals in all four starts and has posted a save percentage of over .912% in each game he has played in January. With the WHL playoffs just a few months away, he is gaining momentum as he looks to help the Prince George Cougars capture their first B.C. Division championship since 2016-17.
Aku Koskenvuo
Over at Harvard, Aku Koskenvuo is starting to find his footing. The Finnish goaltender recorded his first NCAA shutout on Jan 13 versus Yale and is 2-0 to start 2024. Initially drafted in the fifth round of the 2021 draft, he is the only goaltender on Harvard's roster with multiple wins and ties this season.
