Adin Hill was pulled in the outing against the Maple Leafs but will be back in the net tonight for the rematch.
Bruce Cassidy spoke about his decision to pull Hill.
"He'll be fine, I rarely pull the goalie, probably once a year for each guy on average and it happened to be a night where I felt we weren't playing well so it's a message to the group."
The Maple Leafs have been firing on all cylinders recently winning seven games in a row. They are coming off of a hard-fought and emotional win against the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday. For the Golden Knights to snap their three-game losing streak they'll have to be playing their best defensive game.
The Maple Leafs generate a lot of their scoring chances off the rush and that part of their offence because even better when they can sustain long offensive zone time. The Maple Leafs can cycle the puck around and tire the opposing team's defence. The Golden Knights will need to find a way to avoid or limit those instances.
