    Last night's game notes

    Shawinigan (5) - Quebec (0)

    Felix Hamel stops 17 of 17, helping the Cataractes blank the Remparts 5-0. Captain D Jordan Tourigny scored a hat-trick as well as an assist. Calgary Flames first rounder RW Matvei Gridin tallied a goal and an assist. Other players who tallied multiple points include overage RW Louis-Philippe Fontaine (1+2), RW Felix Lacerte (0+3) and import LW Jiri Klima (0+2)

    Acadie-Bathurst (1) - Rimouski (3)

    The Océanic take down the Titan thanks to Ducks prospect C Alexandre Blais, who got the primary assist on all of his team's goals. Overage goaltender Samuel St-Hilaire -- who joined the team just this pre-season via trade -- stopped 21/22 for the win, 

    2026 NHL Draft eligible C Louis-Antoine Belanger got the sole goal for the Titan.

    Baie-Comeau (4) - Gatineau (3) - OT

    After potting six points -- four of which goals -- against Gatineau the night before, Hurricanes Prospect RW Justin Poirier adds two more against Gatineau, including the OT game winner. Meanwhile, both Kraken prospect D Alexis Bernier and Devils prospect C Matyas Melovsky add two assists.

    As for Gatineau, recent add LW Julien Paille appears twice on the scoresheet, with a goal and an assist, as does right winger Isaiah Parent.

    Victoriaville (0) - Blainville-Boisbriand (6)

    Vincent Gladu shuts the door on the Tigres, stopping 32 of 32 for the shutout win -- including this beauty. The team's two major 2025 NHL draft eligibles had big nights points, with center Mateo Nobert picking up two goals and an assist and right winger Justin Carbonneau picking up two assists. Overager LW Jonathan Fauchon scores a goal and an assist. Other multi-point scorers include LW Eliot Ogonowski (2+0), C Vincent Desjardins (0+2) and RW Matt Gosselin (1+1).

    Val-d'Or (4) - Moncton (7)

    Top 2025 NHL Draft prospect centerman Caleb Desnoyers tallies five points, including a hat trick in Moncton's 7-4 win against the Foreurs. He's now up to 20 points (10+10) across 12 games. Defenseman Simon Mullen -- who the Cats signed this off-season -- was able to add three helpers. Meanwhile centerman Julius Sumpf scored two goals and an assist.

    Recent trade acquisition, overager right winger Noah Reinhart picked up a goal and an assist. 2025 NHL Draft prospect centerman Nathan Brisson did as well.

    Cape Breton (3) - Charlottetown (1)

    Predators prospect netminder Jakub Milota stopped 38 of 39 to help secure the win for the Eagles. Overage left winger Jacob Newcombe added a goal, extending his goal streak to three games.

    Rouyn-Noranda (5) - Saint John (0)

    2025 NHL Draft prospect goaltender Samuel Meloche lays a goose egg, saving all 20 shots for against for the shutout win over the Saint John Sea Dogs. Overage left winger Antonin Verreault was able to put up two goals and two assists. 2025 NHL Draft prospect right winger Bill Zonnon added two assists, he's now at 22 points (7+15) over 17 games. Meanwhile, 2026 NHL eligible RW Lars Steiner extends his point streak to seven points (3+4) over four games.

    While the Sea Dogs didn't put up their best effort, goaltender Charles-Edward Gravel was able to make a highlight reel stop.
