Chase Harrington has signed his entry-level contract with the Calgary Flames

September has been a special month for Chase Harrington. Not only was the 18-year-old named captain of the Spokane Chiefs, but he also signed his ELC with the Calgary Flames. The Flames drafted Harrington 36th overall in 2026, as he made a strong impression during training camp and the pre-season.

Harrington has spent his entire career with Spokane. In 195 regular-season games, he has scored 54 goals and recorded 133 points. In addition to his regular-season success, Harrington has played 29 playoff games, where he has recorded 19 points.

It has not taken long for Harrington to have an impact this year in the WHL. During his first game back, he recorded a goal, two assists and a fight. Harrington will be a name to watch this season for Team Canada's 2027 World Juniors team.
