Ondrej Becher is having a phenomenal season with the Prince George Cougars. A strong two-way forward who can skate very well, he has taken his game to the next level and is a big reason why the Cougars have such a commanding lead in the B.C. Division. Now in his third year of draft eligibility, the hope is his improved play and overall development will lead to him being drafted this season.

Nate Misskey is a shutdown defender who is best in his own zone. He plays a physical game and is excellent at clearing out the opposition from in front of his own goaltender. Currently listed as month-to-month with an upper-body injury, he should provide a massive boost to the Victoria Royals when he returns to the lineup near the end of the regular season.

There is a lot to like when it comes to Tomas Mrsic's game. He has a great shot and understands where he needs to be in the offensive zone to create chances. A versatile player who can play at center or on the wing, he continues to impress with both his playmaking ability and high shot generation.

Chas Wutzke's stock continues to rise as the season progresses. The WHL's Goaltender of the Month for December and January hasn't lost a game in regulation since Dec. 5 and sits second among rookies with 15 wins. He has been a big part of the Red Deer Rebels' ascension up the standings and now has the opportunity to show what he can do as the team's starter for the rest of the season.

The first thing that sticks out when watching Clarke Caswell is his speed. He is arguably one of the fastest draft-eligible wingers from the WHL and excels with the puck on his stick. An excellent playmaker who can find teammates in scoring positions, he has great hockey sense and creates problems for defenders whenever he is in the offensive zone.
