David Pastrnak Hits Big Scoring Milestone

David Pastrnak hit a notable milestone against the Predators.

Jake DeBrusk and Charlie Coyle were The Hockey News picks for the mid-season Selke Trophy.

The Boston Bruins secured an impressive 3-0 win over the Nashville Predators last night. With this victory, they are just one point behind the New York Rangers for the top spot in the Eastern Conference standings.

David Pastrnak played a big role in the Bruins' win, as the superstar winger had a goal and an assist on the night. With this multi-point game, No. 88 hit a pretty big scoring milestone.

Pastrnak, 27, became the first Bruins player since Adam Oates in 1992-93 to have at least 35 multi-point games in a single season. Oates had 46 multi-point games for the Bruins during his magical 1992-93 season.

While Pastrnak won't end the year with as many multi-point games as Oates had, the 2014 first-round pick has been nothing but stellar this season. This outstanding accomplishment shows how consistently well he has played, and he's a big reason why the Bruins are in such a good spot in the standings.

In 76 games this season, Pastrnak has 46 goals, 104 points, and a plus-24 rating. 50 goals by the end of the campaign is certainly within reach.
