The Buffalo Sabres are expected to make some roster additions this offseason. This is especially true for their forward group, as the Sabres are rumored to want to add a scoring top-six winger and a third-line center.

The 34-year-old is a quality middle-six forward with plenty of experience and plays a strong two-way game. As a result, he is precisely the kind of veteran that the Sabres should look to add to become more competitive.
