EDMONTON -- The Edmonton Oilers roasted duck for the last time this season.

They walk away from an afternoon matinee against the Anaheim Ducks with a 6-1 win. In four games played against them they scored 26 points and only had eight goals scored against.
Connor McDavid did Connor McDavid things, collecting three points in the win. He climbed on top of the scoring race - only to have Nathan MacKinnon net two points early on in the Colorado Avalanche's game.
Early in today's game defenseman Brett Kulak went to the Oilers dressing room after taking a puck to the head. He would go on to miss the rest of the game - leaving the team with only five defensemen. Kulak would finish the game having played for 49 seconds.

In Kris Knoblauch's post game comments, he was asked about Kulak's status for the next game. Knoblauch mentioned that he would tag along with the team and should be fine to play.
Later on in the availability he was asked about Cody Ceci as well. Knoblauch said he would join the team too. If both of those players are good to go in the Oilers next game Troy Stecher will find himself on the outside looking in once again.
In relief of Ceci today Stecher played 18:04 and had three shots, three blocks and three hits - all while playing with his trademark intensity.
The Oilers next game will be Monday April 1st against the St. Louis Blues.
