The San Jose Sharks have assigned one of their top prospects back to the OHL.

San Jose Sharks prospect Quentin Musty is headed back to Juniors.
Musty will join the Sudbury Wolves in the OHL. The Wolves are 3-1 in the early season and will get a crucial piece back in the lineup.
Last season in the OHL, Musty had 78 points (26 goals, 52 assists). He was also an alternate captain for his team.
Musty signed his entry-level contract with San Jose on Wednesday. Musty told THN that it was a relief to get drafted. He explained that it is a winning mentality when he heads back to Juniors.
"I mean, with the relief of being drafted this year, I think it's just a winning mentality," Musty said. "It is that all the time, but obviously, the draft was kind of a thing in the back of my head last year and the year before."
According to the 18-year-old, Sudbury is expected to contend for a CHL championship.
"It's more of a winning mentality. We have a really good team back there. So it'll be fun to play with them and hopefully go for a championship," Musty said. "We've got a pretty loaded team, and I think we'll do well."
With the likes of Musty and, eventually, Will Smith, the San Jose Sharks' future has gotten brighter.
