This former Buffalo Sabres forward will be sidelined for a decent chunk of time.

Former Buffalo Sabres forward Victor Olofsson has had a strong start to his tenure with the Vegas Golden Knights. In his first four games with Vegas, the 5-foot-11 winger has three goals.
However, Olofsson's excellent start to the campaign will now be put on pause. Golden Knights bench boss Bruce Cassidy told reporters today (Oct. 21) that the former Sabre will be out week-to-week due to a lower-body injury.
This is rough news for Olofsson, especially since he has started the year off on the right foot. Furthermore, it is not ideal for Vegas, as Olofsson gave them solid scoring before suffering his injury.

Olofsson just completed his final season with the Sabres this past campaign. It was a difficult year for the skilled winger, as he had just seven goals and 15 points in 51 games.
