Vancouver Canucks prospect Josh Bloom is on his way to the 2024 Memorial Cup Final. Bloom, along with his Saginaw Spirit teammates, clinched the spot thanks to a 7-1 win over the Moose Jaw Warriors in Friday's semi-final. Saginaw, who is this year's host, will take on the London Knights on Sunday in what should be a thrilling contest between two OHL rivals.

While Bloom only recorded one assist, he was dominant throughout the semi-final. All four of Bloom's shots were classified as dangerous shots, while the Warriors had trouble generating offensively when he was on the ice. Overall, it was another impressive performance for Bloom and one that showed how valuable he is to the Spirit's lineup.

As mentioned, Bloom and his Saginaw teammates will face the Knights in this year's Memorial Cup Final. When these two teams met earlier in the tournament, London walked away with a 4-2, which was also the score of their OHL Western Conference Final series. Sunday's final is scheduled for 4:30 pm PT from the DOW Event Center and can be viewed on TSN.
