Vancouver Canucks defenseman Tyler Myers made an uncomfortable game-saving blocked shot at the end of game six to complete the series victory over the Nashville Predators.
The play happened with about eight seconds left in the third period during a mad scramble. The Predators were on the powerplay with an empty net, giving them a six-on-four advantage. Myers and goalie Arturs Silovs got the job done to eliminate the Predators.
After the game, Myers had fun with the media and acknowledged that the shot was blocked in a rather sensitive area of the male body.
"It got me right in the balls," he said postgame. "But as good as it feels to get a series win, we know we're not done."

Fans of the Canucks have even gone as far as making caricature-type drawings of the moment he blocked the shot. Wyatt Arndt coined Myers' nickname of "Chaos Giraffe," which is why he is drawn as a giraffe, not a human.
With his incredible block and Pius Suter's game-winning goal, the Canucks shift their attention to the Edmonton Oilers.
