Former Buffalo Sabres forward Sam Reinhart had a career year with the Florida Panthers in 2023-24. In 82 games, the 28-year-old set new career highs with 57 goals and 94 points. Now, he is right back to dominating in 2024-25.

Reinhart was named the NHL's First Star for the Week of Oct. 14 to Oct. 20. He certainly earned this honor, as he had five goals, nine points, and a plus-7 rating in four games for the Panthers this past week.

After this sensational week, Reinhart now has five goals, 12 points, and a plus-5 rating in his first seven games this campaign. He has been magnificent, and the Sabres are undoubtedly missing him right now.

Reinhart will now aim to continue his hot stretch of play from here.
