Since the Edmonton Oilers entered the NHL for the 1979-89 season, only the Pittsburgh Penguins have matched their five Stanley Cups. So it should come as no surprise that the NHL's top two Mount Rushmores would come from those two teams.

The Oilers have a slight edge, though, and even though it is razor-thin, it's enough to put them over the top. That's because their Mount Rushmore is comprised of the greatest player of all-time, the greatest leader of all-time, one of the most underrated two-way stars ever and the best player in the world today.
