The Carolina Hurricanes will try to stay undefeated as their second-round series against the Flyers heads to Philadelphia. Here's your NHL playoff update.

The Buffalo Sabres come out firing on all cylinders in the first two periods and defeated the Montreal Canadiens in Game 1 of their second-round series. 

In the late-night game, the young and hungry Anaheim Ducks picked up a hard-fought win on the road over the Vegas Golden Knights to even their series at 1-1. 

As for Thursday's NHL playoff action, the Flyers will try to avoid trailing 3-0 in the series to the Carolina Hurricanes
